Park Hyatt Boardwalk Reconstruction is a boardwalk facility which runs adjacent to the Park Hyatt Hotel in Campbell’s Cove, Circular Quay.

The project was a fill demolition and rebuild of the facility including 71 steel piles, with hardwood headstocks, bearers and over 1000m2 decking. Clement Marine Constructions were initially engaged as marine consultants to facilitate the approvals for the project, create a design brief and to assist with the engagement of a structural engineer. CMC were then awarded the construction contract as principal contractor based on a competitive tender environment.
